During impact crusher working process, counterattack plate can make the material, including stone and others to be rebounded from impact grinding to crushing cavity for another impact crushing. When it comes to designing the counterattack plate, many points should be remembered and more knowledge should be bear in mind. It has a som great an influence that we should design it correctly. So this article seems to be more important.

At first, we should know what are included in the designing process. We are supposed to find the counterattack position, decide the shape and know clearly its working theory. According to the theoretical mechanics collision principle, in order to make the material in the crushing cavity shot to the back plate as a positively impact, counterattack plate curve must be an involute. But the fact is that material can't achieve positive impact, so we often use fold line impact plate which is close to the back plate.

There are different operation ways for different stone crushers and other crushers. If it is designed for two section counterattack plate, you should layout the first section. In the process, you should pay attention to the degrees of plate hammer turns and incidence angle. Besides, you should also consider its minimum discharge gate size and the corresponding angle to decide the secondary counterattack position.

When it comes to three section, you should consider more to determine the second and third plate position. Many rock crushers and other machines adopt the newest manufacturing technology and unique structure design. So there are diverse types and sizes available. The crusher material sizes are also diverse.
